1.Forming stations:up layer(mini-rib):18 station
down layer(multi-cor):16 stations
2.Shaft:O.D.75mm,high frequency treatment and color coating
3.Material of rollers:S45C with heat treatment,and surface is being hard chrome coated
4.Horsepower:7.5kw(the motor is used to drive the hydraulic pump which enables the hydraulic oil to drive the hydraulic motor and then drives the main machine)

7.Forming Thickness:0.3-1.0mm
(1)CQ mild sheet is used,yiled strength=235-300MPA)
(2)The finished products will slightly change if using different material and thickness.
8.Cutting:
(1)Flat sheet cutting:it is used when changing the coil of raw material.It can cut the sheet rapidly and be time saving
(2)Cutting after forming:Cut the sheet after roll forming to required length
(3)Cutting motion:The main machine automaticlly stops and the cutting will take place.After the cutting,the main machine will automaticlly start.
(4)Material of blade:cr12 with heat treatment,hardness:58-62HRC
(5)Length measuring:automatic length measuring
(6)Tolerance of length:+/-2mm
9.Cooling system:
The air cooling system is used,use the powerful fan to cool down the hydraulic oil.
